recently, on the radio, i heard the testimony of someone who decided to disappear on his own will during several years before reappearing and acknowleding that he gained self-esteem from that experience. this phenomenon in Japan and Korea is called jōhatsu (蒸発) and 증발 (chungpal), which means « evaporation ». the idea that identity and existence, like water, experience different states through which they transit and are in perpetual move spoke a lot to me.

récemment, dans l'émission " les pieds sur terre " à la radio, j'ai entendu le témoignage d'une personne qui avait disparu volontairement pendant plusieurs années avant de réapparaître et constaté avoir gagné en estime de soi. ce phénomène au Japon et en Corée s'appelle jōhatsu (蒸発) et 증발 (chungpal), ce qui signifie "évaporation". l'idée que l'existence et l'identité, comme l'eau, connaissent des états à travers lesquels ils transitent, m'a beaucoup parlé.
