🇬🇧 SELF, VALUES, UNWANTED, CHOICES, HIGHER-SELF

i discovered Kundalini Yoga in London when i turned 30 and felt i had finally found what i was looking for all those years: self, home, and infinity.
i was running away from my body because it stored painful memories, but through the body i opened the entry gate for transformation.
i received the teachings through wonderful women.
i found guidance in my values and slowly started to discard the unwanted and connected with my higher-self.

j’ai découvert le Yoga Kundalini à Londres quand j’ai eu 30 ans et j’ai enfin senti que j’avais trouvé ce que je cherchais toutes ces années : moi, la maison et l’infini.
je m’enfuyais de mon corps parce qu’il contenait les mémoires douloureuses mais par le corps, j’ai ouvert la porte d’entrée de la transformation.
j’ai reçu les enseignements par des femmes merveilleuses.
j’ai trouvé une conduite dans mes valeurs et lentement j’ai commencé à écarter le non désiré et à me connecter avec mon moi-supérieur.
