as a woman, i worked in a conservative man-driven environment. i experienced sexual assaults and other forms of harassment. i thought about taking the case to court but i realised the outcome would be very uncertain and exhausting. i also tried to change the environment and promote prevention but i understood the environment did not want to change. so i left.

en tant que femme, j'ai travaillé dans un environnement conservateur dirigé par des hommes. j'ai fait l'expérience d'agressions sexuelles et autres formes de harcèlement. j'ai envisagé de porter mon cas au Tribunal mais j'ai réalisé que le résultat serait très incertain et épuisant. j'ai aussi essayé de changer l'environnement et de promouvoir la prévention mais j'ai compris que l'environnement ne voulait pas changer. alors, je suis partie.
